Consent before publication

A comment appears here only with the patient’s agreement, and names are shortened or removed on request. Nothing is edited to add a claim the patient did not make.

To raise a concern

If something about your care was not right, tell us directly rather than only in a review — it is the route that leads to an answer. Call reception, or send a message through the contact page and ask for it to go to the clinical lead.
